01/01/03 - Happy New Year everyone! Sorry for the light update, but the Delver has been feeling a tad under the weather. But fear not, I've added at least ONE seasonal monstrous creation: There must've been some magic in that Old Silk Hat he found...behold, the Snow Golem! (Yes, that's Yours Truly sporting the Dungeon Master's hat from PvP Online!)
01/04/03 - At 12:04 this morning, my wife and I were blessed by the presence of Charlotte Eowyn Silvey. The Delver is mighty tired, as is Mrs. Delver, but we're both "resting comfortably"(HAH!). You may view photos of my daughter here.
01/17/03 - Hi guys! A very tired Delver just posting a quickie update...all is well in the house of Delver, and our little wandering monster is definitely keeping mom and dad Delver on their toes! Hey, gang, I've got a request. If anyone out there in 1e AD&D world has a line on boxed and with-manual copies of SSI's old Dungeon Master's Assistant volume #1 and Volume #2, the Delver would greatly appreciate it. I'd like to have them for nostalgia's sake, and also for the manual for Monsters and Treasures, so I can build the monster encounters properly...the software is kind of contra-intuitive, so just having the abandon ware copies doesn't help The Delver much.
Also, this is our Anniversary month here at the Delver's Dungeon, and while time is fleeting for January, we'll try and do something a little special - there's lots of photos of various miniatures to be posted, some ideas I've been meaning to grow in to full on adventures, plus my interview with the master himself, Gary Gygax. So hopefully between feeding, burping and changing (Save versus Spells or gag before I can get to the Diaper Genie!), I can get those things up and breathe a little more life into the Delver's Dungeon!
One last thing - I received an email from one of my fans out there, not too long ago, praising my humble work here and asking me a few questions - So if you're "Dennis, Gamer 4 Life", please email me with a valid address so I can answer your questions!
01/20/03 - A new product review is up: for the dungeoneer or war gamer on the go, we took a look at Charon Production's Skirmishpack miniatures carrying case. Read all about it here. Photos to come later.
